Country Rocks Festival 2022

The First & Second Artist Announcement!

 

 

Country Rocks is very excited to announce the re-scheduled dates.

1st & 2nd line up has been revealed for the 2022 Country Rocks Festival in Bungendore.

​The event will be held over three days on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of September 2022 

within the beautiful heritage town of Bungendore. only 25 minutes from Canberra.

There has been some changes to the original artist line up, all will be revealed

over three major announcements.

We are excited to announce both the first and second line up!
Thirsty Merc, McAlister Kemp, The Badloves, Kirsty Lee Akers, Melody Moko, Hayley Jensen,

Bill Chambers, Paul Costa, Brewn, Ingrid Mae, King Kanyon, Blake Dantier,

Copperline, Stewart Barton, Abbie Ferris, Jemma Beach, Cush Ryder, Jason Mcdaniel,

Dale Huddelston, Ash Violi, Wallace Mair, Azlan, Jason Webb as Johnny Cash.

The third and final artist announcement May14th. 

Country Rocks will be hosting the Music Event at the Bungendore Showgrounds

which offers fantastic camping facilities and a genuine country atmosphere.

Onsite bar with a huge range of drinks including Craft Beers,

Street Foods, Fire Pits, Kids activities,

Market Stalls and Camping.

 

Country Rocks will again partner with the local Rural Fire Service, 

raising much needed funds for local and surrounding brigades,

Rotary, and local community organisations.

 

A full weekend of Camping, Music, Great Company,

Awesome Food and Drinks, plus plenty to do for the whole family.

Fantastic central location 30 minutes from Canberra,

1 1/2 hours from the South Coast and 2 1/2 hours from Sydney.

We have had some questions about our cancellation policy for the up and coming Festival in Bungendore 2022

We fully understand your concerns as the world is a rather unpredictable place at the moment.
Our policy is that if the event is cancelled due to Covid19, or any reason for that matter,

you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket's price.

If the event is postponed to another date, you will be able to hang on to the tickets or receive a refund.
All funds from Country Rocks ticket sales are held by Oztix in a trust

and not released to us until there has been a successful event.
This guarantees your tickets will be refunded if the event is cancelled.

Event Ticket Terms & Conditions

* Please note : The Event Zone and Camping have two seperate sets of Term & Conditions. 

For Camping Terms and Conditions see below under heading Camping Terms and Conditions.

The promoter of ‘Country Rocks Festival Bungendore’ (“the Event”) is Country Rocks (“the Promoter”).                    

You acknowledge that you enter the Event and the Venue at your own risk.

During the Event, patrons must remain on designated pathways and follow official directions by Venue staff and security.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests.  

Intoxication, aggressive or anti-social behaviour is unacceptable and will result in ejection from the Venue. Those ejected from the Venue will not be re-admitted to the Event and tickets will not be refunded.

All patrons must adhere to local licensing laws. Intoxicated or disorderly patrons will be evicted from the venue.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Trespassers and anyone assisting trespassers will be evicted from the Venue.

Country Rocks Festival Bungendore is a licensed Event.                

At the time of booking your tickets, you consent to these Conditions of Entry AND OZTIX terms and conditions of purchase.

You may be refused entry if your ticket was purchased from an unauthorized ticket seller or ticket scalper. Defaced tickets will not be accepted. Even if you have proof of purchase, lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your receipt.

  • Wristbands and lanyards will be provided at the Event. 

  • Wristbands and lanyards which are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.

  • Lost or missing wristbands and lanyards  will not be replaced.

It is a condition of entry to the Event that a search of a person or possessions may be required at the time of entry to the Venue. Prohibited items will be confiscated by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for confiscated items.

  • No tables, tents or sun shelters. No umbrellas (even if it’s raining); bring good quality raincoats and gumboots instead.

  • No BYO alcohol. Alcohol is available for purchase at the Event. Patrons found to have brought alcohol into the Venue will be evicted from the Venue. Patrons who wish to consume alcohol must have photo ID. It is an offence to supply minors with alcohol and anyone found supplying minors with alcohol will be evicted from the Venue.

  • No BYO soft drinks or any other non-alcoholic beverages. Drinks required for dietary or health purposes are allowed in sealed containers with written consent from Country Rocks.

  • No BYO water. Water refilling stations will be located at various points throughout the Venue.

  • No glass - this includes wine glasses, jars, or any other containers or items made of glass. You may not bring any glass object into the Venue.

  • No food to be brought in to the event area.

  • No metal cutlery or knives of any sort are permitted into the Venue.

  • No selfie or GoPro sticks allowed.

  • No animals (except guide dogs) are permitted in the Venue.

  • No beanbags.

  • Be aware of weather conditions and forecasts and dress appropriately.

  • Shoes must be worn at all times.

Pass outs are available within reason during the day. After 8pm, pass outs are not available.

Protest and political paraphernalia and banners are not allowed in the Event or at the Venue. The Promoter reserves the right to remove any person in possession of or displaying these items, or any item which is deemed racist, vilifying, sexist and/or offensive.

Possession, sale or use of illegal drugs or illicit substances is strictly prohibited at the Venue and the Event. Any persons found with illegal drugs or illicit substances in their possession may be removed from the Venue and subject to Police action.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a Ticketholder admission to the Venue and the Event and/or to evict any person from the Venue and the Event if they are affected by alcohol or drugs, or act in contravention of any of these Terms and Conditions.

Point and shoot cameras are permitted but professional-standard cameras and video cameras are not. Unauthorised photography may result in images being deleted by security staff. Media and professional photographers must arrange accreditation by contacting the Country Rocks staff via the website, http://www.countryrocks.com.au/. Discretion as to whether your camera is deemed a professional-standard camera rests with the Promoter’s security staff and debate will not be entered into. Cameras with powerful zoom lenses or multiple lenses in a carry case or SLR cameras are generally not allowed

Open fires, naked flames, disposable BBQs, laser pointers, fireworks, flares, flags or banners, whistles, horns, musical instruments, loud hailers, public address systems or any other objects considered by the Promoter and the Venue to be dangerous or capable of causing a public nuisance that could be used to distract, obstruct or interfere with any performer are prohibited. 

   

Smoking is ONLY permitted in marked designated smoking areas. Smoking is NOT permitted in bar areas, including VIP areas.              

By entering the Event, you consent to be filmed and photographed during the Event. Footage or images may be reproduced, published and exploited by the Promoter without restriction including but not limited to marketing and promotional use and in all media.

The Event will only be abandoned if the Promoter deems the conditions dangerous. Refunds (whole or in part) will only be available at the point of purchase, if an Event is abandoned or cancelled. The decision to cancel the Event will be made on the date of the Event.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the Event. If the Event is cancelled or re-scheduled, the Promoter will use best endeavours to notify ticket holders via its website, www.countryrocks.com.au .  

 

Upon event being postponed due to Covid19 restrictions, a refund of the ticket price will be available or tickets can be retained for future event.

 

In the case of a re-scheduled Event, ticket holder’s unable to attend the re-scheduled Event must apply for a refund within 30 days of the re-scheduled Event. Ticket holders of free or complimentary tickets will not be entitled to a refund for a cancelled or re-scheduled Event.

The Promoter reserves the right to change the support act/line-up without prior notification. In the event of a change of the support act/line-up, refunds will not be available.

Warning: Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage or loss to your hearing. The use of earplugs is recommended if long-term hearing damage or loss is of concern to you.

Warning: The Venue is an outdoor venue and whilst all care has been taken to make the Venue safe, the Venue may contain dangerous and uneven surfaces.  The venue is well shaded, in areas, by gums and other tree species.  We recommend taking care whilst sitting underneath trees. Patrons should exercise all care and caution when entering or on the Venue premises.

In the Event of an emergency situation or evacuation, you must follow all official directions by Emergency Services, Venue staff & security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the Venue accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damages however caused by the patron attending the Event or by entering or being on the Venue premise whether caused by the negligence of the Promoter or Venue or otherwise.

Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (and its employees, contractors and agents) shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, injury, claim or damages suffered or sustained by any Ticket holders and patrons at the Venue or the Event. Where permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), the Promoter limits its liability in respect of breach of any statutory guarantee under the ACL in the manner set out in sections 64A(1)(a) and 64A(2)(a) of the ACL.

To the full extent permitted by law, Ticket holders waive all legal rights of action against and fully release the Promoter, its agents, employees and volunteers for all claims for compensation for loss, damage, injury or death howsoever arising out of or in relation to the Ticket holder’s entry to and presence at the Venue and their attendance at the Event.

In the event of injury or illness, the Promoter may, at the cost of the Ticket holder, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed essential for the safety of the Ticket holder.

Any provision of these Terms and Conditions which are or becomes unenforceable shall not invalidate the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Social distancing regulations as of time of the event according to NSW department of health will enforced as a condition of entry. 

Camping Terms & Conditions

Ticket holders MUST show valid Photo ID at the Event campground wristband station, bearing the same name and date of birth details as those printed on their Camping Ticket. 

Vehicles, once parked in the Venue campgrounds, can only be moved along designated roadways at a maximum speed of 5km/h. All vehicles will operate under strict guidance by Country Rocks Staff and delegates.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Caravans, RVs etc are allowed under the proviso that they are completely contained within the designated camping/car space area. Excessively large vehicles will not be allowed. Vehicle size will be determined by Country Rocks staff.

Campsites are limited to no more than 2 people per Small site, 4 People per Standard site and 6 people per medium and large site.

It is a condition of purchase that the Ticket holder consents to the Promoter collecting and retaining their personal information. The Promoter will hold your information as required by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and for contacting you in relation to ticketing matters and Event information. The Promoter will not trade or sell your personal information.

The camping area is a GLASS FREE zone. Any glass will be confiscated.

The camping area is an ALCOHOL FREE zone. Our campgrounds are unlicensed and consuming alcohol is a breach of our liquor license. Strictly NO BYO ALCOHOL. Anyone found in possession of alcohol will be evicted without refund.

Open fires not permitted on all site. Refer to RFS staff on the day for approval. We recommend enclosed fire boxes, fire pits etc. Embers/open flames must be contained. NSW RFS will be regularly patrolling the campgrounds and extinguishing unsafe fires.

The campground is for the enjoyment of all campers. This means that excessively loud, boisterous or any other activities that could 

disturb other campers will not be tolerated. Security will be present all night. Anyone found breaching this rule will be evicted with no refunds.
